I was looking for an ENT to get my daughter in with quickly due to so many tonsil infections over the last year and this one was the worst. I was impressed with how quickly the staff got me in. They got my daughter in that day!! The front staff was very friendly. We didn't have much of a wait time. The clinical staff was thorough with the question. Dr. Queen was kind and funny with my daughter. He was detailed in writing his exam down. I quite enjoyed this practice.
Will never go back. Dr. Queen spent very little time with me. He spoke too fast, and didn't answer my questions. Suggested that I should have allergy testing and sinus surgery. I had heard he does this with most patients. It is true.

Dr Queen as very professional with his examination . I did have one issue. He seemed to rush through with what he was doing and didn't take the time to explain what he planed to do. He also tried to get me to agree on nasal surgery that I don't feel I needed. Other the that he was excellent . Follow up appointment was oK. except that he took for granted that I wanted to take allergy shot without asking if I wanted to.
It is a pleasure to go to this office, You will not be disappointed

They decided my son needed surgery to correct significant problems. It was scheduled for a month later. The referral staff waited til 2 working days before his surgery to attempt to get it approved. Which I had to jump through hoops to get approved, since the staff did zero. So without calling the insurance company and make sure it was approved they just canceled his surgery. This was probably a blessing. The office is a joke on top of that. Dr queen takes no time and disrespects his patients

I had an appointment with Dr. Queen and I had to wait in a room for over 90 minutes. When he finally came in the room I was recording him with my phone and told him how rude and unprofessional it was to keep a patient waiting with no update. He laughed and said good luck getting another doctor to do the same thing I do in the Hampton Roads area. His NP Patterson is on it. Too bad she is working with him. Also when I said something to the nurses they said he could care less to keep them over

It appears this patient has my office confused with that of another provider in our area. NP Patterson does not work in my office or provide care to any of my patients. We regret that this patient had this experience in any medical office. I have been practicing medicine in Newport News for over 25 years and am committed to helping each patient by providing excellent medical or surgical options to treat their ear, nose, throat, sinus or allergy disorders.
