This company has some of the best seasonings! I just cooked ground beef and used the Timoteo’s Black Scorpion Rub. I must say, the mixture of spicy with a hint of sweet is outstanding.
Some of the best gumbo I've ever had, been to NOLA at least half a dozen times and this gumbo is my favorite. My kids ask for their kings cake every year and talk about it throughout the year.
