run don't walk, management is the worst and if you don't mind taking care of the building yourself and being watched by security guards that think they own the place and are very disrespectful. Employees just walking into your apartment anytime they feel like it and your property ruined and fighting to get your mail and packages and gun shots and bed bugs. This the place for you!!!!!
One of those apartment buildings to avoid, has a pest problem, because it stores garbage in stairwell, which is a violation, very slow to fix problems and your personal safety is a concern, no security and is violated by the locals because emergency doors have a fake camera and alarm goes off for 3 seconds and then is accessible until the door is secured! Frequent attacks and robberies go unreported by the Management and Police!
