I had a lense replacement (left eye) two days ago all went great!!!! Today I took off my eye protector.. Today I started with 100 % fog and every hour the fog would lessen…. My right eye is scheduled in two weeks… after the fog lessened to zero by 4:00 pm…. So now I can compare the new lense (left) vs right eye….I can’t explain it, but the clearness and colors of the new lense is fascinating …. I can compare and the vision Left vs Right…. Dr. Kavoor and his staff were very kind and respectful to me and my dad. He’s been my dad’s ophthalmologist since March. The previous ophthalmologist that we went to, we had to pull teeth to get retinal scans that we could review. But with Dr. Kavoor, everything is open and transparent and he takes the time to explain you what is being tested and scanned and the results and best practices at home to protect dad’s eyes. We really appreciate that.
I have seen Dr Kovoor here in Katy for over a year. I used to see Dr Chang but he left. I feel this office has gone downhill. The wait is super long, always at least one hr long. Dr Kovoor is great, very caring. Staff is another story. I went to my regular optometrist over a week ago. I have several scratches on my right eye and part of the top layer is lifted. I cannot stand the pain and burning. I explained this today to the office staff. They said they cannot fit me in until middle of May! I told lady this cannot wait. Sh... read more
The front office staff at the facility provided excellent customer service. Dr. Kovoor was OUTSTANDING! I would recommend him to anyone. He was exceptional and while he didn't take long, he didn't rush me either. He answered any and all questions that I had. He was very encouraging. I have gone for a follow-up and will continue seeing him.
