Worst customer service experience, the guy by the door is so rude. He brushed me away. No help at all!!! I’ve been dealing with Volkswagen for almost 20 years and the one on Cherry Avenue. I’ve made two good friends out of it. I will continue to go to them. They meet all my expectations. They’re kind they’re understanding and they work with me.
I discovered Timmons 15 years ago and I've come to know and depend on Mitch, the Manager, for all our auto leases and purchases. When I needed to hand over my previous lease while practically living at the hospital due to my mom's illness, Mitch made it as easy as possible and there whole process took 10 minutes. Today, as I switched to a new lease, he and Rickie took care of everything, with their usual friendliness and professionalism. I never plan to go elsewhere.
