I am writing this review to commend Timmons Properties on their go green initiative. They take care of my daughter's neighborhood and have done so many wonderful things to help the environment.

I start my review with 4 stars only to say that NO company is perfect. As a disclaimer for those out there, I DO NOT work for Timmons Properties but, I will gladly say that I am happy to have them "at work" for us. We have had other property managers in the past and by far, Amy E. and the team at Timmons have made us forget the issues of the past management companies. I really believe that many of the positive reviews are submitted by Timmons Properties employees and staff. I have had a somewhat poor experience with Timmons so far. I moved in to the community about 5 months ago, and I noticed that many of the condos on the back side of the property had been neglected ( including my property) and the front side properties closest to the entrance and main road are being maintained really well. My gutters had been neglected and were stopped up so bad that the rain water poured over the sides... read more

Revealing how all the reviews for Timmons Properties are one star, very telling. Having several properties with other management companies, I know good and the bad. Obviously this company is on my bottom list. I have to laugh at the email I sent has been forwarded and reviewed over 30 times in the last 24 hours. My email? Directly asking for items taken care of by this company that received my homeowner dues. I know, how dare me, right? Our Timmons property manager has been most responsive to the needs of our HOA. Our manager is an adviser to our board to assure we are protected. They're prepared for nearly every situation that might arise and their collective experience is unmatched in the business. They make recommendations and provide cost effective solutions to most any issue. If you're looking for an HOA management company, no need to look further.
