Shady business. They don’t honor warranties that have been advertised and paid for, and then further deceive to line their pockets. Unethical and corrupt.
Unacceptable behavior from a business that "claims" to honor warranties. Stay away folks before you become their next victim. The owner is a liar and lacks accountability for his words. This business deserves 0 Stars.
Owner lied in response to the below review from Daniel regarding our request to repair the roof that is under their warranty. He said he was glad they could get it taken care of for us "in a timely manner" when he did in fact do nothing and has yet to return a call. Not sure if he thought he could just lie with no repercussions ? Still sitting with a leaking roof and no response or remorse from the company that claimed they've fixed it and honored their warranty. Don't trust this company at all. If I could write zero stars I would. I did not originally contract Timmons & Carroll Roofing, but I purchased a home where they installed a new roof in 2020. Just four months after moving in, I started noticing leaks around the nails going through the roof deck—an issue that should not be happening on a 4.5-year-old roof. Fortunately, the previous homeowner informed me that the roof came with a 10-year, one-time, non-prorated transferable warranty on both materials and labor, which is also publicly advertised on their websit... read more
