I have used Timmins for both my personal cleaning needs as well as my property management cleaning needs. The technicians are always top notch. Polite, responsive, caring individuals who will truly go beyond what is needed to make sure the job is done correctly. Since I have used them for years, I can attest to the highest quality of work performed. I do not need problems and with Timmins, I can be assured the job is done correctly.
Roberto came and cleaned my carpets in the hallway, as well as my den. He did more than what I asked which I was very appreciative. He was very respectful and courteous, as well as professional. I was very pleased with how my carpets looked. I will definitely use Timmons Enterprises again!
I recently called Timmins to clean the wall-to-wall carpeting in two of our bedrooms and a 30+ year old area rug that was my grandmother's and is incredibly sentimental to me. This has been weighing on me for a while, and I've gone back and forth about whether to speak up or report it.
