I came here from San Diego CA because I genuinely do not trust anyone especially in healthcare. I basically interviewed every highly recommended office in San Diego and Fresno and was not impressed. Had my 17 year old son's wisdom teeth removed yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Timko and his staff. Very professional, thorough, and kind. It is a well oiled machine and they covered every base and answered every question. Very reasonably priced and they take insurance so my out of pocket cost was minimal. When it came time for his surgery, there were four people in the room caring for and prepping my son putting his mind at ease. Even with four impacted teeth it only took 40 minutes. I had such a positive experience during my recent visit! The staff was incredibly informative and helpful throughout my appointment. The waiting time was surprisingly short, which I always appreciate. It's wonderful to feel so well taken care of. Experienced, what I feel like, is a GRANDIOSE shame on you to them. Definitely feel a little bit swindled. The dentist took a panoramic X-ray at their consultation. Then they did another one at this surgeon’s office. When I called to find out why I wasn’t covered, the office staff advised that it’s because the dentist didn’t send it over and it happens ALL OF THE TIME!!!!!! And insurance will only cover them once every three years. So, if that’s the case and they know it, and they don’t make the effort to get it or at the VE... read more
