I had lights go out on my camper right before I was about to sell it in Anchorage. I pulled in to Timi's, because I was lacking tools and wasn't sure if it was a bulb or electrical issue. They dropped everything they were doing to help fix my problem - the level of service was pretty incredible!
Excellent, friendly front counter customer service that welcomed us same day for a much needed oil change. The mechanic was efficient and called when it was ready earlier than expected! Planning to take our other cars in to see them soon- thanks so much!
Timi's Alpine was absolutely amazing! I brought my car in on the recommendation of a coworker and was able to get in the very next day. My car was ready the same day and the service was super cost-efficient. Everyone there is so friendly—they even showed up a half hour early just to accommodate my work schedule! I would recommend them again and again. Truly amazing service and the nicest family business owners I’ve met here in Anchorage, Alaska!
