We just completed our time share transfer thru Time share transfer, Inc. Joyce was very helpful and moved the transaction along very quickly. They returned both phone and emails very quickly, and led us through a process we knew nothing about. The 300.00 fee wouldn't begin to pay for all they did for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing there services.
Excellent value for the money. Sold our timeshare on craigslist and for about $300, timeshare transfer did all the work. I was a little guarded, but they communicated via email and phone regularly and it only took about 2 weeks from sale to deed recording to final transfer. We live in MN, but would definitely use them again.
