Amazing customer service and awesome movie night experience! My whole family had a wonderful time and we'll definitely recommend Times Two Entertainment to everyone!
Called to inquire about their service to have them host a movie night for my company and the guy I spoke to was extremely rude. I explained twice what I was looking for and he responded with extreme attitude asking what I wanted. I finally told him I was going to search other companies because of his attitude. Very poor customer service and whoever owns this needs to address this guy’s attitude asap.
