The managment group has great properties and is very friendly. The properties are updated, and very clean. However, I do have one major issue... There is no one on call for repair issues over the weekend. It's 4th of July weekend and my AC is pouring out water... I have no choice but to turn it off, and because the company won't have anyone in the office to even check the messages until Monday, it may take even longer after that to get it fixed. I LOVE Time Square Properties. My fiance and I rented from them for a year and Adam is probably the best landlord I have ever had. If there is ever a maintenance issue, he sends a guy within 24 hours and Adam has even come to let us in after hours when we locked ourselves out. We recommended this place to 2 different people who signed with them and they love it to. If we didn't move from the area, we would still be with them. You will be taken care of here!
I LOOOOVE Time Square Properties! They get you in fast looking at apartments, put everything down just to give you great service. The office helped me and my husband find the cutest little historic home turned into apartments. Hardwood floors, slate bathroom and kitchen... amazing! Any maintenance requests we called in were immediately responded to the day of. So great! We love them and are referring them to our friends who are moving down to St. Petersburg as well!
I cannot believe I was stuck here for a year. I'm young and i HATED this place. Totally rude staff, malicious. Just horrible people. I beg you not to waste your money or time on this place. You will be MISERABLE. Stay away.
