Lived there growing up awesome
Unfortunately, my experience living at Times Square Apartments has been disappointing. The biggest issue throughout my tenancy has been management's communication and responsiveness. It was often difficult to reach anyone by phone or email, and there were multiple occasions where I went to the leasing office during its posted business hours only to find no one available to assist residents. Rats and roaches in the garbage room. This place is terrible . Management sucks Maintence sucks the laundry has a rat smell u can hear rats over your head .. They evicted me and never removed my air conditoiner i payed for. Maintence keeps people things in the building and gives them to other tenants for use.
I lived at Time Square Apartments unti 13S for 3 months from August 1 2025-October 31 2026. Within my first week I noticed BED BUGS and instantly reported it instantly. They tried to make me think I was lying and accuse me of bringing the bugs in. After 3 months, they claimed to have treated my unit 5 times. Not only were the bed bugs still there, but other bugs as well. This building has a cockroach infestation problem. I had my apartment sprayed twice prior to move in but everyday I would fine cockroaches across my unit, even inside my pots and pans in the cabinets! I even saw dead cockroaches lying around the day I got my keys. I only stayed here a week and broke my lease right away since I did not want to live in such an unsanitary environment and clearly pesticide was not going to solve an issue where the infestation seems like it lives in the mainframe of the building.
