I was referred to Times by a friend of mine who has been a client for a few years and finally decided it was time to hire a management company after having some issues with some of my tenants. As soon as they took over I saw first hand why my friend spoke so highly of them. They resolved the issues I was having with my tenant and are always very responsive if I have questions about my statements.
I don't really have an experience because they never called me back for a one bedroom apartment or efficiency.
Never had any issues since I gave them my home to rent and manage after my job relocation prevented me from managing my home myself.
