I communicated with Regan for a year in anticipation of the sale of our mother's home. She was always upbeat, present and helpful - and always made herself available. When the time came to put it on the market, she provided first class connections to cleaners, haulers, and gardeners. We worked with Regan to sell our Mom's house in Laguna Beach. The sale went well, but unfortunately, it was a trust sale with three siblings. Regan was contracted by one of the siblings, and we felt that she mostly worked with that sibling and did not include our branch of the family in discussions or decisions in a way that felt comfortable.
