Do your homework. I do not recommend them at all you bring up one charge that You gave no authorization And you question them about it they tell you that they are parting ways with you. You’re basically paying them to do nothing
I rented two apartments from timely properties over the course of two years and had many issues with them. Both units ended up getting mold, the first being black mold that ruined my bed and mattress. All timely did was offer a dehumidifier. The second apartment did not have a working water heater for the first 7 months of my stay due to them installing a new water heater that did not have the proper wattage, and not getting a permit from the city.
