The are really professional and Human ! I was in extreme pain , seeing they have home care I call and seek for dr visit at home , though this service was not available but they did their best to find a dr for me and made sure I am good and safe till last moment . Thanks

I have a wonderful PSW, who is very kind and caring. She’s willing to help me in anyway I need her and learn along the way. I’m very happy that I chose this company after trying several others that weren’t a good fit for me.

I had a need to have help from your company. I have no complaints. I had ChiChi come the first 5 days and then I cut her to 3 days a week. This worked out well for me. I had another lady for the one weekend. She was great as well. I would have no problem recommending your company. Thank you. Wanda.

While taking care of our father in law this past week who was waiting for hospice, we had the need for urgent help. I placed a call to Timely at 8:30pm desperate for evening help. Deborah returned my call within 10 minutes after completing the registration and helped us arrange care by 10:30 that same evening.
