I am a novice collector of watches and it has been an absolute privilege to be served by Matt, at this location. I wanted new crystals for my Dad's watches and this gentleman took more time with me than the other three jewelers I recieved estimates from, even when he was about to close the store. This true professional gave me a final price that was more than fair and better than I expected. I will return for an honest and professional option about my watches!
The owner is a no-nonsense, straight forward, get the job done kind of person. He gives you sort of a verbal service agreement and tells you if he can do it or not, then let's you decide whether to proceed the job. Which I appreciate. But I felt like he looked down at the watches I took to him. They were nothing fancy, a fossil watch I got off marketplace, and a seiko watch that was literally free from a garage sale. Matt was great, very hospitable and changed the batteries on my 4 watches very quickly. He's very professional and a gentleman. Highly recommend.
I’ve brought my jewelry here a few times, and each time I feel that it comes back looking even better than when I first bought it! You can really tell they put care into their work, and I always feel confident leaving something special with them.
