Highly knowledgeable, fair pricing, excellent service. I have three watches with issues that I brought in for service. The first was fixed with some deft manipulation of the crown and reset buttons-then he carefully explained what the cause was (no charge). The other two were soiled and damaged (so badly that I was not sure they could be saved) and were cleaned and repaired within the week. Highly recommend!
Matthew customer service is outstanding. He always takes the time to explain the how why of what he's doing. Watches are my passion and he's my go to for information.
I am a novice collector of watches and it has been an absolute privilege to be served by Matt, at this location. I wanted new crystals for my Dad's watches and this gentleman took more time with me than the other three jewelers I recieved estimates from, even when he was about to close the store. This true professional gave me a final price that was more than fair and better than I expected. I will return for an honest and professional option about my watches!
The owner is a no-nonsense, straight forward, get the job done kind of person. He gives you sort of a verbal service agreement and tells you if he can do it or not, then let's you decide whether to proceed the job. Which I appreciate. But I felt like he looked down at the watches I took to him. They were nothing fancy, a fossil watch I got off marketplace, and a seiko watch that was literally free from a garage sale.
