Brian and his staff are knowledgeable and care about your well being. The gym is clean (like surgically clean) and the personal attention and programming make it the perfect fit for this middle aged lady who wants to work out in peace. He has customized a plan to accommodate my needs and goals. Small and very private feeling. This is NOT planet fitness.
Timeless Training is not a place to look for your next date. Brian and his staff are very serious about meeting your training needs. He even has a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Jackie, on staff. I went to work on exercises to support a back injury. Dr. Jackie helped me so much that I was back on the golf course within two weeks. She gave me "homework," which proved a very valuable part of my recovery.
