Five stars isnt even enough! After a girls weekend in Portland myself and two other babes couldnt part ways without spontaneous tats. Dymond at Timeless Tattoos was the first person we called and he said he would gladly take us as walk ins. He executed all 3 of our dainty little pieces perfectly.
