After postponing a wisdom tooth removal for several years, I made the appointment to finally do it. I had to admit I was extremely anxious about the procedure and the recovery time. Excellent experience from start to finish.Dr Nimesh Patel personally very gentle person by nature, has lots of expertise takes the time to explain everything clearly especially to older patients.Going there for more than 10 years never felt the need to window shop for another dentist. Dr Aditi was fabulous with my two young children who I made appointments for during our recent travel to Sydney. She made them feel very comfortable and was happy for us all to sit in the treatment room together. The tv provided a good distraction for the kids! My daughter had a filling with no anaesthetic and no pain, and we had every procedure explained and quoted. Thank you to Dr Aditi and all the staff at Timeless Smiles in Pennant Hills.
Have never been a fan of going to the dentist but all that changed with meeting Dr Patel and his team. Had a root canal done under IV Sedation because of my anxiety and fear. The anesthetist was very calming and put me at ease. I am so grateful for the patience and care given to me during what would normally have been a traumatic time for me.
