Quick and easy. Needed a haircut and got one. Chris was fun to talk to during the whole haircut too. I always like that over just sitting quietly.

Lack of communication and customer service. They confirmed an appointment at 5:41 on Thursday and they decided to change it 3 hours before the appointment time. No call or text just a request to reschedule you the next day. This is a lack of ownership. Won’t use them moving forward. Don’t take it personal. Take care of your customers.

Took my son here and Chris did a great job! Even after leaving my 14 year old said he wanted to come back. Super nice people and an overall good vibe in the shop. Will come back again!

I got a haircut from the owner and was appalled. I've been to this place before and received a decent haircut, but he was so busy talking to the guy in the next chair, he absolutely botched my haircut and paid absolutely no attention to me, asked if I was happy with the haircut, anything. Just horrible

Had an appt scheduled for about a week at 9am. Get a text at 8:30 saying it was bumped to 9:15. No big deal. I show up a little before 9:15 and no one is there at the barbershop. I then get a text my appt was re-scheduled to 9:00 and that I had missed my appt. Then an employee showed up, and told me that my barber was 5 minutes away. I waited about 5 minutes and left as no one showed up. I can’t speak to the barber skills, but I can speak to their timeliness, or the lack thereof.
