I haven't even had my surgery yet but I am in complete love with this office. Everyone is so nice and attentive, not one question was left unanswered and I was reassured of any Concerns I had. I went in wanting one thing and Dr Mehta Was very honest in the approach he wanted to take with me, and suggested a different plan which made complete sense. Seriously, just save your money and go out of the country. The convenience of this place does not make up for the amount of money you spend and the mediocre work.
Staff needs to be trained in how to accommodate potential patients. They just lost 2 of us!
Came here to get a cyst removed from my face by Dr. Chang. He did a good job and the scar isn't very noticeable. Free consulation unlike other places that wanted to charge me 150.00 for. Also, the price of the surgery was very fair compared to other places as well. Friendly staff and comfortable environment.

So, I had been going to a medical spa for my botox and juvederm, until Pearl informed me about Timeless Plastic surgery. I was so impressed by their level of professionalism and excellent customer service from the entire staff. They really took the time to answer every question, and they replied to every email about follow up questions. It is worth the drive to Sugarland! I am so beyond pleased.
