Very happy, the decorations was beautiful every body love it.
Absolutely unprofessional and unreasonable; nearly 9 months for a 20 week preservation process with little to no contact is not just unprofessional, it’s abuse of the client. One should not have to threaten legal action to get preserved flowers returned. Take your business elsewhere
I genuinely wish this wasn’t the case, but this was one of the most disappointing parts of my entire wedding process. I delivered my bouquet just three days after my wedding, right on time, and was told the turnaround would be two weeks. Instead, it took over three months. While I can be understanding and sympathetic to personal or health-related delays, what hurts the most is that I didn’t even receive what I ordered. If I could give this company 0 stars I definitely would. The way this lady botched my friends flower preservation is asinine. She paid $650 for a service & did everything in a timely manner for her to be disrespected & disregarded like this. The work done was horrible, I personally wouldn’t even want it for free. There’s no way something as careless as what was given to her could be presented anywhere much less her home.
