My daughter was elated when she first saw the delivery from Timeless Flowers. The job matched perfectly to the colors and themes we described. I will absolutely be a return customer and highly recommend this business to others.
I would leave zero stars!!I don’t know where to start. Over $800 and about 8 months after I sent the bouquet I received this mess. Now look at the bottom. All the dead flowers are now falling on the bottom and you can’t get them out. It was on my counter but now I put it away. It’s embarrassing to display this. My beautiful wedding bouquet is disgusting. Over the 8 months was no communication unless I reached out. Excuses and excuses. Terrible communication and terrible result. If I could leave this business zero stars i absolutely would. This company is scamming people and the communication is HORRIBLE. it’s always an excuse, one after another. I already sent $350.00 and am extremely grateful that I didn’t send it the entire $750.00. At this point I just want my finished product back and she told me that they would be sent before Christmas. She was also very flexible, knowledgeable and understanding throughout the planning process navigating the updates in budget, color scheme, and table scapes. You could also see and feel the personal touch that she brought to our special day. Strongly recommend!
