I have so much trust and love for Timeless Design! Getting salon work has become one of my favorite ways to treat myself, and I've referred multiple friends here. I've seen Ke'Azia multiple times for cuts and cannot recommend her enough. No salon is 100% perfect and miscommunication can happen, but they have always taken care of me.

I asked for a few inches off, but the stylist cut off way more than I requested. When I brought it up, they refused to offer a refund or even a discount. Instead, they only offered a complimentary haircut after already cutting off too much. They don’t listen to their clients, don’t confirm the length before cutting, and don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. Very disappointing experience, and I will never come back.

Took my college age granddaughter to Timeless for a haircut. She made the appointment and told me the haircut would be $88. I thought the price excessive but then for a good haircut…. Her hair is long and straight, cut evenly. She wanted 2” cut off. After the haircut she told me she wanted 2” cut and the stylist wanted to cut 5”. Finally, she said the stylist said “let’s compromise at 4” and proceeded to do that. My granddaughter was upset because with the shorter hair, she couldn’t wear it the way she wanted. I received one of the best haircuts of my life by Kimberly. She actually knows how to cut hair..When i come here i know the service i receive will be excellent. I cant say enough about her shes a great stylist. The front desk staff is really cool they are fun to chat with and take great care of you. Also if you are looking for Skincare services Christa is the best. Shes really experienced and you can feel it. Her work is very good.

Timeless Designs and K'eazia are absolutely the best! She is fun, caring, bright and really knows how to bring out the best in your hair! My appointments at Timeless Designs are a refuge from the world, the peace, the fantastic scalp massage. You just can't do better. Highly recommended!
