Called and talked to dealership 2 times same day enquired about a vehicle not once did he mention that there was a appointment setup for someone coming too see it as this is how this place shows cars by appointment only. Ended up getting sold a very poor way to do business. Itleast they should have had the decency to tell me on phone that there were appointments already booked. Never again these people
I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and had an excellent experience. Eugene was extremely nice, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process. He came and opened the dealership on Sunday just to accommodate my request. Also he is a cool guy and got very nice sport vehicles!!
I recently purchased a Mercedes ML350 from Timeless Cars, and my experience was fantastic. Eugene was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The team had the car ready for me in no time and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a great place to buy a car.
Excellent 10/10, A+++ transaction. Eugene at Timeless Cars went above and beyond as the seller pretty much every step of the sale. He was friendly and communicative, forthcoming and honest about the history and details of the vehicle. We landed on a more than fair price, and he looked after all of the details to do with the vehicle safety, UVIP, financing, ownership transfer and plates so I pretty much didn't have to worry about anything. Highly recommended. Would definitely do business with Eugene, and Timeless Auto again.
