Timeless provides the best value in the SLC marketplace. I read the other reviews here and perhaps they come from customers whose jobs were affected by the company’s recent and tragic fire. Great craftsmanship and quality. Mike did my last house and is now doing my next house. Highly recommend!
Horrifically expensive for no quality
Timeless is the correct name for this company because apparently that is how this owner runs his company - without any concern for providing the product in a timely manner. I can't even begin to list all the chaos and unprofessionalism we experienced. But, it does include a fire, mismanagement, personal issues, and many unbelievable excuses. He rarely showed up when he promised, - just excuse after excuse.. We should have had finished cabinets in September. It is now almost March and we still do not have a finished product. ... read more

The High-End custom quality, is above and beyond what others are even close to doing.
What an unprofessional wreck of an experience. Not only did Timeless install the entirely WRONG cabinets three times, they also took 8 months longer than the bid time they promised, and I am still sitting in an unfinished kitchen entirely unlike the kitchen I ordered. Steer CLEAR of this company.
