The service was awesome. I arrived 10 before closing and the cashier was so helpful. She brought me multiple choices for wigs and did not pressure me or rush me.

I will be back. Customer service was great. And to learn that the hair salon in the back does a little bit of everything, just made my day.
Update! They have been taking such great care of me that I had to come back and update my review. The first photo is from four months ago. The second one is from yesterday 6/16/26. This is the same hair from four months agothat has been colored but a new sewin. I could have kept it in 2 more months because they will tighten and wash your hair so you optimize the value of the style and so that you’re taking care of your natural hair. Crying happy tears!! Kia fixed me up beautifully with a new wig. I am at that age where my own hair is thinning out. Working in public view I felt self conscious. But now I look and feel like a new person. Thank you Timeless Beauty Supply!!
