I have purchased extensions from Timeless on several occasions however I never took advantage of the install services they offer until this week when I was in a bind. Kia the owner took really great care of me and squeezed me in for a last minute appointment with her stylist Kaylee. Kia ensured to communicate the process with me without any confusion, and my hair came out beautifully. Thank you Kia and Kaylee ! You have a customer for life 🥰
Overall everyone’s sweet except for Donna
The service was awesome. I arrived 10 before closing and the cashier was so helpful. She brought me multiple choices for wigs and did not pressure me or rush me.
