Had a 4 pm appointment.. arrived at 3;50 . Text to let her know . She texted back and ask me to come to the back door ., I did ., there was another client she was doing a pedicure . I’m sharing this experience so others are aware. I booked an appointment from 12:20 to 3:50 p.m. for a 2-hour manicure and a pedicure (leaving approximately 90 minutes for the pedicure). My service did not begin until almost 1:30, with no communication or apology about the delay. During that time, she was finishing up with another client. I highly recommend Heather Robinson for a Russian Pedicure. I’ll admit I was nervous at first because my cuticles are incredibly sensitive, but Heather immediately put me at ease with her professionalism and care. She spent a full 2.5 hours dedicated to my service, and it felt more like a high-end medical pedicure than a standard salon visit. I have never had such quality work done on my nails. I found this place on Google advertising Russian manicure and thought id give it a try. Heather not only gave me a beautiful strong set of nails, I got a clean, beautiful pedicure too. I will NEVER go to a walk in nail shop again. Heather not only shaped my nails perfectly, she jazzed them up with some bedazzle as well. Her work online is beautiful. I can't wait to come back n get another pretty set.
