Spent almost 50 dollars to have package shipped, only to have it not delivered on time and to the wrong STATE. Even after repeating multiple times to the associate and also stating the actual city and state Unfortunately, the package made it later than anticipated with mostly all contents broken. But Kelly resolved the situation. She was professional and able to make the bad situation better, For this, I change my review.
Less crowded than the post office, plus fast and friendly service!
I lost a receipt recently with my tracking info and the tracking number was required for my return. I was able to call and they looked up my transaction! I am so thankful...a service I wouldn't be able to get elsewhere!
