We brought my moms car to get it detailed today, and guys, it’s like a brand new car! If you’re in the Jacksonville area, you can’t beat these prices and this great service. Highly recommend 100 times over!
When I got my car from Crain of Jacksonville, it had random stains all over the back headliner that they told me they couldn’t get out in their “detail” then their service department left a grease/oil print on the headliner where they had grabbed the bar (why I have no clue). Stay away from this detail shop. My car was damaged this past weekend. I looked for the damage while the worker was drying my car, but didn't notice the damage until I got home to wash my car again due to a shity wash job. I reached out to the owner with pictures and voice mail, and to this day he has not responded.
I never write reviews but I highly recommend Mike and his team! They always do an awesome job, are super affordable, and manage to squeeze me in. We will never use anyone else!
