Great car wash. Free vacuums actually work and love the mat wash!
The quality of this car wash is immaculate! I have never had such a good experience with a car wash like this before!!! Why has no one told me how good whitewater is?!?! The best shinning that my truck has ever gotten!! And right here in Harbison! Premium waxing that leaves my truck protected for days! The all purpose cleaner and window cleaner is conveniently placed on the wall, right along with the rags needed for my interior!! And the vacuums THAT JUST WONT STOP!! Ill be coming here at least three times a month!!!
Buyer beware!! I bought the promotional unlimited car wash package. Worked fine the first time. EVERY time I went back, they couldn't find it in the system. Then they acted like it was my fault. I would highly advise using a different car wash chain. I loved it when it was Take 5. This company needs to get it together.
I'm filing a complaint because the rear wiper on my car was damaged after it got caught while my car was being washed. I have called several times, but no one has answered. I've been a loyal customer for a long time, but now that something on my vehicle has been damaged, no one is answering my calls. I'm very disappointed with the lack of response and would appreciate it if someone contacted me as soon as possible.
