I joined the wash club special, $10.00 per month for 3 months. I was told I could cancel at any time. I cancelled online after the 3-month special ended. I was charged $49.00 per month for an additional 3 months until I cancelled a second time. I assume the $49.99 is their regular fee for this service. So I paid $147.00 and had no service. My last car wash at Time to Shine was 3/31, but I was charged for April, May, and June. I will never sign up for one of their specials again.
I've had a monthly subscription for over a year but recently it seems like they're maintenance has gotten worse and about once a month the wash covers my car in an oily film.

Excellent service, and the staff is invaluable.
I think they need to go to a 2 car family discount; 2 cars for one price, whereby you can only wash one of the cars a day for that price within a week. A 50.00 wash is still 25.00 per car with limitations, and once a week is about 5.00 a week. Thank you very much.
