horrible customer service... was rear ended in the wash line. will never go back again, also cancelled all the wash services from my household and letting friends and family know to cancel as well. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!!
Horrible customer service. After waiting in line for 10 minutes to sign up for a monthly service in the only oine that says members only and even the machine has the option to sign up for a monthly service a young guy comes out and says “oh you’re in the wrong line”. Does not offer to help and just tells me to move over to the other lines where there are lines of cars for me to wait yet again. Mmmm no thanks not with customer service like that.

Such a great idea. Love the ease of getting a wash and me do the interior (great for my OCD). Not to mention, tire shine with my package!
Best car wash ever. A much better clean than others and, with the speed pass, considerably more affordable. Tonight I was delayed in getting there and it was a minute or two after 9 but the cones hadn't been put up yet so I drove in. I wouldn't have been surprised or offended if they refused to let me go through (dead to rights I was late) but they ran me on through. I was impressed and grateful (and won't make it a habit). Thank you for a great service.
