I came in for mani pedi. Pedicure was great but manicure was awful! The girl apparently had one of her regular "customers" come in while doing my manicure and left me for her. She cut my nails short and didn't file them! After I had already paid and tipped her very well. Assuming she was doing both! I have been getting my nails done by Anna for about 8 years!! This place is wonderful and recently did an Amazing expansion as well as all New Equipment..: it looks BEAUTIFUL.
Went here for years and have been happy. Now, I honestly I think this past week will likely be my last visit. After the last couple of visits I noticed a decline but this last one really changed my impression. I was completely rushed to make my choices and sit in the chair even though the place was fairly empty.
