Purchasing a time clock from Time Systems International has been the worst equipment purchase I’ve ever made. The clock has never worked properly from day one. To make matters worse, their support is essentially inaccessible — you cannot call or email them directly. The only option is to submit a support ticket, which results in long delays and unhelpful responses. Have been dealing with TSI for over 30 years and have always found them to be attentive to our needs and proactive in suggesting new technological advances in time keeping software and hardware. We just transferred over to the new way of time clocks for our employees and started using the finger touch time clocks. Setup and training was fabulously done by Time Systems International Co. Any questions I had as we navigated this new way, was answered promptly and kindly! Everyone was such a pleasure to work with!

We have been using biometric hand recognition equipment from Time Systems Int. for over a decade. Their product has seamlessly integrated timekeeping and payroll. They have consistently provided us with courteous service and professionalism of the highest standards.
