Do not book a service appointment them - they will not show up. I booked literally FOUR consecutive appointments with them, day after day, because each day they didn't show, and promised me that they would the next day. They NEVER showed up. I would then call -- twice, 30 mins into the 1-hr window, both of which times they confirmed the person would be coming -- then at the end of the scheduled time, when they would call the person who was supposed to come, who inevitably would say an 'emergency' had come up.
