Terrible customer service. I had a link removed from my watch, which they gave to me in a plastic bag in case I ever needed it. When I brought the bag back, a gold piece was missing, and they told me I must have lost it. When I pointed out that the bag was still sealed, he shrugged and said then they must have lost it, but if I wanted it replaced, I would have to pay for it. Avoid this place.
