I just checked into our unit in Ketch Court and every year expect something good to have been done. This year it’s even worse than ever. The refrigerator needs replacing - there’s black mold that needs to be wiped down - the bedroom carpets are dirty, the paint needs a refresh - the blinds in the master bedroom can’t be pulled up - they are broken. I’d love to bring friends but am embarrassed it’s comparable to a 2 star hotel

We have always found working with Theresa and Judy to be a distinct pleasure. They take good care of their timeshare owning clients.

We have enjoyed our timeshare on ketch court for 14 years. We, too, have seen a steady deterioration over the past five or six years. We love the location right outside harbor town, and tennis center close by along with pool. This year we came in the couches and chairs are filthy. Couches need to be replaced. The place is really in need of a major overhaul! Such a shame this place was a great find back in the day.

This company has managed our Sea Pines timeshare for years. We are original owners and have seen our villa decline to the point where we are embarrassed to have guests stay with us. At one point it was a fabulous villa, now it is in the condition of a shabby motel—holes in walls, scratches and chipped paint on every wall, a deep level of dirt, dust, and grime. This has been going on for at least 10 years. Their response to our complaints has been defensiveness. Avoid this place like the plague.
