Very unreliable - Failed to show up in summer while we were on vacation so had to make other arrangements. Had used TIme Savers for the past few winters snow removal but they failed to show up this winter despite promises to change their processes.
We used Joel to tune up our yard before listing our house on the MLS. Totally worth it and a great guy!
