First time working with Time Savers. Excellent experience across the board. Doug and team were super knowledgeable, very easy to work with and able to fix my AC same day. Special shout out to Seth. I had my heat pump serviced today for the spring/summer season. Seth was so efficient and knowledgeable and he took the time to explain to me every maintenance process that he was doing. He thoroughly cleaned the outside unit like it had never been cleaned before. Excellent customer service, knowledge and timeliness is important to me and Time Savers provided them all. I strongly recommend them.
No one wants to wake up to a cold house, but we did. Furnace had cracks in the heat exchanger. Had two bids and chose Time Savers. Thay were not the lowest but we made a good decision choosing them. They had done work for a family member who provided a great recommendation. They were on time, professional and did great work. Explained the functionality of the system. If/when the AC goes out they will be the only company we call. Highly recommended.
Doug was very professional, punctual, and had our old furnace up and running in a timely manner. Also very informative about our options going forward if we decide to upgrade our system.
Seth is always super great!!! He always takes his time and really educated me on what needed to be done to keep it running. I am very satisfied and happy to continue to use and recommend you guys!
