When our air conditioning began failing, Doug fit us in during a heat wave just before the holiday weekend. He was prompt, professional, and charged a very reasonable price. This company is highly recommended!
If I could give 10 out of 5 stars I would! Doug, the owner, showed up about an hour after my call and was able to diagnose the issue and make the repair within 30 minutes afterwards. He is a super nice guy in addition to having three decades + of experience in the industry. Would use this amazing company again for any HVAC issues! Outstanding customer service from the call center too!
From start to finish, Time Savers Heating & Cooling were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Brandy, who took my call for service when my AC went out on the hottest day of the year, was so kind, helpful and empathetic. I could tell she/the company prioritize care for the customer. Our A/C stopped working on us for the first time this June. The house was quickly heating up on a Sunday (of course). Reached out to a couple HVAC companies and Doug was the first to call me. Provided an upfront price that was reasonable for being a weekend, and he was out taking care of the issue within 2 hours.
