I was on the board of an HOA for a condo high rise that used TIME. It was awful. Their response and follow up on maintenance issues was marginal at best.
AVOID AT ANY COST! I hired Time Property Management to manage my house in Utah, and they are just a scam. The agent I worked with told me the tenant leased the house for two years, while it was only leased for one year. He did not even send me a copy of the contract. The tenant had a pet off of which they collected a $250 pet deposit, but they failed to tell me about it. My lease isn't up until the end of December so things could change. Andy has been really cool and nice to work with but dealing with Kim this past year has been a nightmare and ruined it for the entire company. She's so unprofessional and extremely rude. I don't understand how she still has a job because she treats everyone so poorly. Also the maintenance requests are a joke. Do not I repeat do NOT rent threw Property management. I was a tenet with them for over a year and was never late on my rent also kept the property in great condition. When I gave my 30days notice they kept telling me how they will miss me because I was a great tenet. I was on my hands and knees cleaning the condo at 8 months pregnant to sure I left it place better than I how I received it. In the contract it clearly says that normal wear and tear is ok.
