Amazing customer service and had even better food
We have traveled extensively with five star serve but nothing compares to the white glove platinum services of Olivia and Erica. Not only did they work miracles, finding us a beautiful estate on such short notice during prime season but the moment we stepped onto the property, we were well taken care of. The welcome surprise (which I will keep as a surprise for you also) was extremely thoughtful, the property layout perfection and the view spectacular. My family just came back from Paris where we stayed for seven days at a Time and Place home in the Marais district. We had an absolutely fabulous time! The apartment was beautiful and provided us with great comfort after a busy day of sightseeing. It was clean and well appointed. The concierge service that was provided was also an added bonus as they provided us with excellent restaurant reservations.
