This is a terrible company. They deceive and lie. They string you along and then abruptly cut you off. I attempted to conduct business with this outfit. They received ALL of my information. I even changed and switched some things around to accommodate ALL of their requests. They led me on in saying they would get the ball rolling with me. As a multi licensed General contractor, I work for the biggest retail stores all over America. I call upon hundreds of local small businesses to support their local Stores for various repairs of all types. I called Time Out Systems today and was told you can only request service via Email. So I emailed them. When I called back, they said I had to be approved by their "onboarding dept" before they could even consider helping their local store.
