From the first conversation with the owner Mike, I new that I had contacted the right company. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. He scheduled an appointment and personally came out to look at the locations and rooms I wanted cameras located. The two techs that did the install were amazing, they worked through some difficult situations and never got frustrated. Working with this company has been amazing. Great communication and service and the software and hardware is top of the line.
The technician was very cordial. I was hoping the charge would be less though. As a returning customer who only needed10-15 minutes to update my iPad so I can view my cameras. I think$175.00 is excessive. Maybe I can get some credit amount towards a future call.
Great customer service, fantastic products, and timely work. I've installed and maintained many gates in county and state parks and found Time on Target the easiest to communicate with and with the best products around. They delivered exactly what I requested and have been available to help me troubleshoot any potential issues since the initial installation. I hope to work with Mike and Time on Target again in the future.
