This salon is family friendly and constantly doing its best to improve and become a better salon. I've been with the salon for the 2 years that its been open and I honestly have no reason to complain. The owner is a sweet lady that does her best to listen to customers and make them feel at home in the salon. The other workers do great work and my nails always stay on. Caveat emptor. I started going to this salon when it first opened because the people seemed nice enough. But when compared to surrounding LI salons, it just doesn't stack up. I've used this salon over 10-15 times so I am more than have the experience to give an honest review. The service is always rushed because the owner juggles the work with only one employee. The "spa" experience they claim to have you can find the real thing for the same price elsewhere. The waiting area couch is dirty ( look behind it!), the waxing area... read more
