Wanted to put my two cents out there. I went in to Time Machine Spas in Tyler, TX and the sales team was awesome and I ended up buying a Platinum Spa, Columbo series. Then delivery was just as great, William and his team were great, and worked with me on setup and when he left he left with no questions unanswered. If you’re on the fence, go to Time Machine Spas, great place, great service!
From the time I walked into the show room until the time my hot tub was delivered I was treated as family. I can not say enough about the professionalism of this company. The delivery was as smooth as it could possibly be. The two men that delivered the hot tub went above and beyond expectations. I would definitely recommend the company when you are looking to purchase a Hot Tub
Nov 30, 2024, my husband and I went to the Time Machine in Tyler TX to purchase a hot tub. Charles & Randy helped us tremendously. Also, Chris in Longview store helped us too. We just got it delivered and set up by William. He did an excellent job of setting it up and explaining everything to us. We purchased a premium platinum columbo. Thanks Ruth & Perry Hays
It was time to replace our hot tub, so after doing some research and visiting several dealers around town we decided to go with Time Machine and so happy we did. Randy provided all the information we needed and there was never the pressure to buy like we experienced at some places. Will and Bill were awesome on delivery day ...it was not easy getting the hot tub to the back deck but they maintained professionalism, safety and postive attitudes the entire time. Great place to buy a hot tub at. Randy opened the store after hours to try out the tub we wanted! They have a great selection, and are very knowledgeable and helpful.
