Are happy to take your money for 5 policies, but comes a time when you really need their advice, they just tell you they are too busy and if you think you have a claim to file on-line. No help with questions at all. There was no initiated contact with us after Irma, whilst our friends are getting emails and calls from their brokers asking them if they need any help or have any concerns. Won't be with them for much longer that's for sure. So disappointed in them.
