They came recommended by Duke Energy as they were part of the energy savings rebate program. Great scheduling the initial call, the installion crew was good though for a 2000 sq ft house they did it quicker than I thought would be possible. Then about a year later I went up to the attic and discovered that there were areas that were not covered with cellulose and they never installed the paper rulers to see how much to install! If anyone is considering adding insulation to their roof/attic, we just used Time Insulation to blow in R38 fiberglass. We were absolutely thrilled with them, from beginning to end. They were 1/2 the price of our first quote from another company. The office staff was easily reachable and knowledgeable. Knew right away after initially speaking with Abbey. That this was the company I was choosing to do my insulation work. Great communication. Abbey and installation crew very professional, respectful, and timely.
Was skeptical at 1st based on the other reviews but these guys were superb and professional. They took their time and got the job done thoroughly. After everything was complete they made sure everything was vacuumed up and cleaned. Definitely worth doing business with again.
This is a business w/ integrity. Came out for an estimate and I was ready to spend up to $2K, but was told my insulation is in good shape, could last another 7 years, and they gave me additional energy saving tips. They could have gotten a sale, but they are an honest business.
