This is a business w/ integrity. Came out for an estimate and I was ready to spend up to $2K, but was told my insulation is in good shape, could last another 7 years, and they gave me additional energy saving tips. They could have gotten a sale, but they are an honest business.
I had both my attic and under 2 staircases from my garage to my first floor insulated. I can't say enough about the professionalism. kindness, and work ethic of everyone ! Dependable, reliable, great communication.and quality of the work ..I am very satisfied all around !
If i could leave negative stars i would.i had them install cellulose insulation because that's what they recommend. From day 1 its had a horrible smell. So I reached out to them they said its normal it will go away in about a week here we are 4 months later and they have sent multiple people out and they all claim they smell nothing.so they took a sample to test it and said its all good yet I've been in the hospital 3 times now because of this. I do not recommend them at all. I should have followed my gut from the initial meeting but I used them probably 20 years ago to add insulation and they were the call I made now when I needed more. I found it very odd that when their estimator came out and wrote up the proposal, it seemed reasonable to me and I wanted to just sign the contract and get on their schedule but was told I couldn't do that. very happy with their work removing and replacing insulation; good price , kept thier word; professional on time and cleaned up aferwords; would recomend them to anyone
